Shanghai Administration has issued a comment on Weibo on their old Valko post CLEARING VALKO’S NAME OF VIOLATIONS! State media has also posted POSITIVE sentiments around all the donations and petitions Pro-Valko have been making!

This basically means Valko’s name is cleared of the offence’s that were placed against him, hence PG/Infold can bring him back without it being relating to any communal unrest within society due to the manipulative lies and misconstrued versions that were relaid of his content.

I pull for all myths. The temptation is great, I love seeing their battle animations and actual gameplay.

We love Zayne and the GOA rerun did not deserve to flop. I didn't pull for that even if I wanted to R3 him, and Jasmines are the strongest soldiers fr. ❄️

We also love Rafayel! And IF he does get a 4th myth before Valko returns, I am sorry to not be pulling. 🧜🏻‍♀️

But what we will not be doing is harassing Raf mains to not pull. People are going to pull regardless, and we'll just turn our co-hunters off our cause.

Whether it's:
1. Deleting the game
2. Not logging in
3. Logging in but not spending
4. Minimised spending

These are all boycott efforts that we can acknowledge, and every bit helps!

What we've seen is that there are a lot of players (people, companies etc.) in this that would love to see us fail, and we should not take the bait.

Our focus should always be showing how much we love Valko, and how great it would be for everyone involved if he were to return. Full stop. Nothing else, no side quests, no side villains.

However, since contractual matters were resolved this month, my partner and I are in discussions with an overseas publisher regarding the translation. We have been doing A LOT in such a short time and people are tired. I am here to fix all that. Today I am bringing everyone together so we can proceed in a sustainable manner that will absolutely work long term. Take a moment to process.

🐺I need you to take a deep breath and accept that we might not get him soon. I need you to let go of needing copium and hopium and relax a little because you don’t need to grieve him right now. He is not gone. It's not like they'd ever delete his files.

🐺We don’t know the details and that’s okay. Even if the government is involved, even if the competition is messing around with everyone, it will pass. They might have to change the window scene. We can probably get him back by the end of the year or sooner.

🐺We will work out what is easiest for everyone. No one will need to give up their life and all their time for this. We will coordinate hashtags better, split into shifts and just relax and have fun with this. And along the way for those who want to do more, we can get some articles going, more charity work in his name, and whatever fun projects we come up with. We can keep building our positive Valko portfolio.

🐺So if you want Valko back...yes. We can get him back. Just accept that it may take a while and join the discord.

I fear that everyone within this protest has forgotten what was the point of this protest in the beginning, in this protest we called it “peaceful protest” ; and to those who are heading down the path to purse legal matters, I will not stop you, you have the absolute freedom to do so, but do not drag others into the path without explaining to them the complete risk. US legality may achieve unprecedented levels of catastrophe, EOS might be the last thing on the plate to worry about, once you have touch law, it has become political because this is a international lawsuit you heading down into.

This protest consists of love, of kindness that begin because of Valko. It should be a protest with checked facts, love and respect. Your chosen path may also lead to the charities being done piled beneath that lawsuit you are trying to pursue and that is not the goal in this protest.

In my posts i have made a survey thread, 96% of you wants to return to the game if Valko was reinstated, however if the legality was pursued, I will tell you this, there is no game to return to.

Anything aside from what we’re doing currently isnt helping, because that could be a path that hands ammunition to the people who want him gone for good.

Also: if you’re mocking other games’ designs while flying the hashtags we made out of love, you’re doing what the haters did. And “never trust Chinese games” is xenophobia wearing a fan account — Valko IS Chinese, made and written by Chinese creators, fought for hardest by Chinese players.

I need to say something, and I'm not going to be diplomatic about it.

There are voices in this community right now pushing for a class-action lawsuit against Infold from the US. I want to be absolutely clear: I do not support this. I will never support this. And I'm asking every single person reading this to think before they follow that path.

Here's what a lawsuit does:
— It turns our campaign from "players who love Valko" into "Americans suing a Chinese company." That's the headline. That's all anyone will see.
— It gives every hater, every state media outlet, and every person who wanted Valko gone exactly what they need to paint us as hostile foreigners.
— It hands Infold an excuse to never engage with us. Why would they listen to a community that's suing them?
— It destroys the cultural bridge we've spent weeks building with CN players who support Valko's return.
— And legally? Valko was never released. Nobody paid for him directly. The case has no foundation. It would be dismissed, and the only thing left would be the damage to our reputation.

And here's the thing that makes this even more frustrating: the bridge IS working.

Right now, our sisters in China are creating videos debunking what state media said about Valko and changing public opinion from the inside. One of the most popular videos already has 43K likes and 24K comments, the majority positive. CN players are doing the hardest, most dangerous part of this fight: challenging their own media narrative on their own platforms, in their own language, at their own risk. And they're winning.

That is what real advocacy looks like. Not a lawsuit filed from the safety of California.

We have 230,000+ signatures. We have charity campaigns with real-world media coverage. We have CN polls showing 69% of players would leave without Valko. We have the sealed June 29 statement proving Infold defended his name 24 hours before being forced to cancel him. And now we have CN creators shifting public opinion in real time. THAT is our case. Not a courtroom.

And while I'm here, I'm also not going to stay quiet about something else.

If you are attacking another game's characters by calling them ugly, you are doing the exact same thing the haters did to Valko. The exact same thing. You cannot say "Valko deserves love and respect" and then turn around and trash another game's designs. That's not advocacy. That's hypocrisy. And if anyone in the CN community screenshots that behavior next to our hashtags, we lose everything those creators are building.

And if you're out here saying "never trust Chinese games", you need to sit down and think about what you're actually saying. Valko IS a Chinese game character. Made by Chinese artists. Written by Chinese writers. The people fighting hardest to bring him back ARE Chinese players. Painting an entire country's gaming industry as untrustworthy because one company made a decision under pressure is not criticism. It's xenophobia. And it has no place in this campaign.

This campaign was built on three things: verified facts, visible love, and cultural respect. If your actions contradict any of those three pillars, you are not helping Valko come back. You are making it harder.

I didn't spend weeks building something real, the wolf conservation project, the charity donations, the fact-checking, the bridge with CN players, to watch it get buried under a lawsuit headline and screenshots of us doing what the haters did.

Block those people. Draw the line. Love is stronger than hate.
