@evrisupportline iv paid for next day delivery and suddenly your team has missed to pick my parcel? What was the point of me paying 11.99? Who’s going to refund that to me?
@Ryanair I have been on your customer phone support 4 times and get cut off each time.
Now I’m on the third attempt of the live chat with 100 plus people waiting and I keep getting cut off by the chat.
Whats going on I just need to amend one thing on the passenger!
@O2 why do your team keep hanging up on me and then promise me call backs and then all of a sudden they hang up!

Iv been calling over 16 times over the 2 days & just to speak to someone and when I get through they hang up after hello! I’m trying to get my services up & running because you have blocked it!

@katesimms75 @Hermesparcels I’m in the same boat, the usual rubbish from live chat and now been told my package is being sent back to sender? They haven’t even attempted delivery!!
@Hermesparcels a load of rubbish. Opted for next day delivery on Tuesday. Instead of trying to delivery it they decide to take it back to depot and 3 days of chasing & now your sending it back to to sender because I wasn’t in? #liars no phone number just a repeating robot on CS!
