@JackWills Is there any point? Your colleague has already told me i have to pay to send it back. But the reviews just say you refuse a refund! Why can’t you just believe paying customers and treat them with respect. I’ve sent photos- what more do you need?
@JackWills I paid a lot of money for a jumper that shrunk immediately in the wash. I looked the reviews and guess what they all say the same. But you wont refund me unless i pay to send it back. . You’re going to tell me it looks like I washed it hot . I didn’t

@DandG_UK your policies are immoral. Took one out and was promised by @ao if I wasn’t satisfied with the appliance or repairs it would be replaced. 5 breakdowns later im still not allowed a new machine.weeks without a drier and time taken off work. Fuming
@easyJet really hope someone will get back to us-passports have been stolen -we are awaiting emergency docs. Booked later flights but only get the document the day before we fly hopefully and I don’t know what format they will be in - what do we do about advanced passenger info?

@easyJet - hello- after some advice please! Flying from @manairport next sat at 1440. What time should arrive at the airport? Im conscious that arriving too early could make things worse!
@thetrainline@TPExpressTrains. Ok-fed up now. I was sold a ticket for a train that didn’t happen. As a result I was very late. I was sold the ticket by @thetrainline . But because of strike action @TPExpressTrains it never came. So why on earth was I sold that ticket @thetrainline ? I
@TPExpressTrains@thetrainline just got to Leeds to change trains to be told my train doesn’t exist. Why did you take my money just last week? Why no indication at all that there was a strike? I’m a lone female traveller. Shame on you.

I assume I won’t be entitled to a refund as it’s a strike, despite the fact you let @thetrainline advertise the service ?
