@Airtel_Presence Hi Gaurav, this ticket is open since last 30hrs. Are you confirming that Airtel SLAs are so pathetic that a fiber related issue needs more than 2 to 3 hours to be fixed without any proper response. I had to sent this tweet due to the lack of response from Airtel local team.

The staff was asked at 11pm itself if there would be a further delay and she said it will fly on time from kochi at 11.45pm. Then 12.45am, 1.25am, 2.50am,3.50am.
