@JessicaTaylorMD @HannanBraun Also, if the ED can supply the patch from their pharmacy, then you don’t need to play the insurance game. I’ve need lengthy PAs for every bupe patch I prescribe. Asking the patient to wait for a PA in order to start bupe feels like a risky game to me.

There's a whole culture around moms being so stressed that they need to drink multiple glasses of wine per day. How is it that this is laughable and relatable content, but people casually doing any other drug is cause for intervention?
