Trial court convicted a person 2 yr. sentence & on the same day the court suspend the sentence for 3 month to file an appeal & get a stay but if within 3 month if the appeal is filed but stay order couldn't be taken .

So query is Can the trial court extend the bail order/ extend the suspension of sentence that was passed u/s 389 of Crpc.

@TheOfficialSBI URGENT !!! I made deposit of certain amount in the SBI ATM , cash went into the machine then transaction got cancelled. Money not deposited. It's already more than 24hr. Kindly take note and resolve the grievance asap. Already Sent transaction details in DM.
