My friend and I took our kids last week for a 2 hour session, only to be welcome into the arena by a group of MICE.
I have contacted @flipoutbc who are refusing to give me a full refund. Surely this is a breach of health and safety?

@houseoffraser so disappointed. Made a big order with only receiving 4 out of 15 items. There is no contact to speak to and no where to trace where the rest of my order is. You have taken payment and not completed the order. Highly disappointed

@Moncler when purchasing the staff were helpful. When returning due to fault the level of service dropped to zero. The coat was sent to Italy, of course they found no fault. the coat was shedding fur and down all over after a few months. £1300 coat. The staff were unhelpful.
