@McDonalds literally not even replied to this even though I’ve been given the completely wrong order. In the drive through aswell- why should I have to actually open the burger and check?!

@McDonalds not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food I ordered a chicken Big Mac through the drive thru and got given the wrong burger!!

@JoJoMamanBebe hello! I was told by a staff member in store that my click and collect parcel had been lost so I paid online for next day delivery to then have a phone call saying the order isn’t lost and I can collect it! So can I have my next day delivery order refunded please?

@LidlGB hey Lidl! How comes your size 3 nappies don’t have the line on them to let you know if your babies wet like the smaller sizes? I’ve just bought a jumbo pack of size 3’s and opened them to realise there’s no line!! Can I take them back?
