Imagine being such an Ignorant Bigot like White Supremacist Jake Lang, that you hold this sign up while wearing an ankle bracelet and having this rap wheet:
Civil Disorder — Count 1
18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3). The indictment alleged he obstructed/interfered with law enforcement during a civil disorder.
Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers — Count 2
18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1). The government’s later filing listed this as one of the charges against him. Whether §111(a) is treated as a felony depends on the facts charged/proven, but DOJ grouped it among his serious assault counts.
Civil Disorder — Count 3
18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3).
Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon — shield — Count 4
18 U.S.C. §§ 111(a)(1) and 111(b). This is a felony-level assault statute with a dangerous weapon enhancement.
Civil Disorder — Count 5
18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3).
Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon — bat — Count 6
18 U.S.C. §§ 111(a)(1) and 111(b).
Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting — Count 7
18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2) and 2. The indictment alleged obstruction of Congress’s proceeding.
Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon — Count 8
18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2) and (b)(1)(A). The weapon enhancement makes this a felony-level charge.
Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon — Count 9
18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(4) and (b)(1)(A).
Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building — 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(D)
Act of Physical Violence in the Capitol Grounds or Buildings — 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(F)
🚨BREAKING: In Norman, Oklahoma, ICE agents illegally surrounded U.S. citizens, and demanded they prove their citizenship.
The Fourth Amendment doesn’t allow law enforcement to detain people without reasonable suspicion that they’ve committed a crime.
“Looking Hispanic” isn’t a crime.
And because ICE is a federal agency, targeting people based on race, or ethnicity, is a Fifth Amendment equal protection concern.
And then, after ICE agents demanded that two American citizens prove they belong in their own country… they just went back to their cars and drove away, like they didn’t just violate the constitution.
Imagine being surrounded by unmarked vehicles, treated like a criminal, and forced to prove your citizenship because of how you look.
This is exactly why constitutional rights exist. They’re supposed to protect us from the government abusing its power.
When agents think they can stop anyone they want, demand papers, and drive away like nothing happened, that’s how constitutional rights become meaningless.
The White House is reportedly considering doling out 250 pardons to celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday.
Trumpworld lobbyists say the going rate for securing pardons is as much as $2 million.
It's the latest example of Trump's Pay-to-Pardon Scheme.
Trump’s net worth has nearly tripled in his second term, reaching $6.5 billion.
His administration is the most brazenly self-enriching in American history.

Israel just carried out one of the largest single warhead explosions in modern history destroying an entire village in Lebanon. This is Gaza all over again. Israel is committing genocide to build settlements on top of the corpses of the Palestinian and Lebanese people, and it is all being funded by the Republican and Democratic parties.
ICYMI: The losses are piling up fast and hard in DOJ’s voter roll grab.
New Hampshire is the latest state to refuse the Trump administration’s unprecedented request to hand over statewide voter data.

A large data center in Georgia used nearly 30 million gallons of water without proper metering. This situation has caused significant frustration among local residents who were being asked to conserve water during a drought.
People in Fayetteville Georgia first became aware of the issue when their home water pressure suddenly dropped. A county utility investigation later discovered that a major data center campus owned by Quality Technology Services or QTS had two unmetered water connections.
One connection was completely unknown to the utility. The other was not properly linked to the companys account. In total the facility drew more than 29 million gallons of water during construction and site preparation. This volume equals about 44 Olympic sized swimming pools and greatly exceeded the agreed upon limits.
QTS has since paid a retroactive bill of 147474 dollars. The company attributed the problem to a transition involving smart meters. However residents remain upset about the incident.
The news emerged at the same time county officials were encouraging everyone to reduce their water use because of ongoing drought conditions across the state. Even though the data center took a large unauthorized amount of water local utility leaders chose not to issue any fines. They described the company as an important partner in the area.
This decision has increased community opposition. The Fayetteville City Council responded by passing a ban on new data center projects. The controversy has also sparked a broader discussion about the heavy resource demands placed by the technology industry on local communities.
