@cineworld There is no select a plan page. I am already an unlimited member so I can't do anything. I want to add the 12 months I have bought onto my existing plan. I know it ends soon but I have no idea when as there is no detail about when my 12 months ends on the profile page
@cineworld I am trying to contact someone about renewing my 12 month unlimited membership with a gift voucher code. There is nowhere to enter it on the site and attempts to contact via the form result in no reply or an auto reply that is not helpful.
@elonmusk as my powerwall, my Tesla and my wall connector are all made by Tesla and all controlled by the same app surely it would be easy to add a feature to send all excess solar to the car rather than to the grid?
All that energy is wasted and could give me free miles instead!

I replied saying I had reported the next morning and I was informed that as I did not get up in the middle of the night, turn on light (waking up wife), get dressed and go downstairs that I had not reported in a reasonable amount of time.

Based on recent correspondence with @premierinn it seems that they are only prepared to honour "their good night guarantee" if you are prepared to report "within a reasonable amount of time" - and this means in the middle of the night... (1/4)
I phoned the provided number... Then emailed the address that the voice at the provided number told me to email and was then told to wait 20 days for them to think about it.
After a long wait and back and foward they said I did not report within reasonable amount of time. (3/4)
@WrenKitchens Looks lovely but at this point I'd just go for a working sink, hob and dishwasher. Kitchen delivered on 25th November and installation still not finished. Installer not visited or been in touch for nearly 4 weeks.
@WrenKitchens Looks very much like what my kitchen was supposed to like like at the beginning of December. Shame that I still can't use my hob or sink or that there have been no sign of the fitter since before Christmas. Getting very bored and frustrated with it now.
@googlenest My Outdoor Nest Cam IQ power cable has been damaged. I don't think that I can replace with a standard USB C cable as it needs to lock into the camera. Where can I buy a replacement cable? Thanks
