On Dec. 8, following comments from SCMH Commission Chair L. Gregory Pearce, Jr, SCDMH Legislative and Governmental Affairs Director Mark Binkley, and SCDMH State Director Kenneth Rogers, MD, Governor Henry D. McMaster issued a proclamation commemorating SCDMH's 200 years.
