@XfinitySupport What is the appropriate way to report someone running off the road and destroying a pedestal? Calling your support does nothing but try to get them to send someone to troubleshoot the connectivity inside my house...
@XfinitySupport How is it that a technician can come to do maintenance in my area, knock everyone offline, and leave? How do we report technicians for this?
@helt_ok @CTownEnjoyer Correct. A consignment sale is not one where the franchise purchases anything since the ownership of the product belongs to the original owner until the time a new owner purchases it. The store is providing a consignment service and not a resell service in this situation.
@CTownEnjoyer @Raining8s Fair enough. Their actions have been somewhat odd, but the Mansell's don't deserve to be caught in the middle of their fight with B&M corporate.
@CTownEnjoyer Failed to give the previous owners the bank accounts as well as failed to put the lease into their name. Which was how they were able to seize the location as they did. There's a court case with the Gorman's and B&M that has this in the allegations.
@lincalx If you want action from a corporation, you do not support them in any capacity until they are forced to respond. These sleazebags have shown they aren't interested in any action at this point. The B&M name deserves to carry the same connotation as toxic waste at this point.
@lincalx Regardless of who owns the local store, you're still funneling money back to these sleazebags. And it gets a lot worse from what's been shown already.
@TheFranMaker Bragging about helping one of the most unscrupulous companies in recent history probably isn't the big win that you thought it was going to be...
