Watch these two videos of Renu Bhatia who is the Chairperson of The Haryana State Commission For Women and see how she is eating her own words. These videos are disturbing and problematic because:
🚩Mandate of the Women Commission is to conduct counselling and reconciliation and counselling can never be done in the presence of media and youtubers. Counselling must be done with complete privacy and in a respectful and dignified way. Her tone and choice of words are more like of a ruthless dictator than of a counsellor.
🚩She literally disclosed the name and identity of the victim as well as the wife of the CRPF Man in front of the media and public. She even made the phone number of the wife public which we edited from the video. These acts of her are punishable with two years of imprisonment as per BNS section 72 and IPC section 228A.
🚩She was not ready to give any chance to the Man to defend himself and threatening to destroy his family life and take away his livelihood.
🚩She called the wife of the CRPF Man introducing herself as Police. Seems she does not know the difference between Police and Women Commission. 🚩Again this act of her a clear case of impersonation and she may face imprisonment upto 7 years for the same under IPC Sec 418 and 3 years under BNS 204.
🚩Even if the Man is guilty, how can she threat, punish and humiliate his wife and mother for his crime?
🚩And at last she is saying that she will destroy the family life of those Men who were there in a live in relationship at any time. But what about Women?
🚩The way she is conducting the affairs of the State Women Commission is extremely problematic and shocking. We like to request the @cmohry to take urgent cognisance of these videos and immediately dismiss the entire team of the Haryana State Commission For Women. They are acting more like an Extortion Gang than Members of a Commission.

#Pune | Female Teacher Arrested For Sexually Exploiting Standard X Male Student Within Classroom

▪️A female class teacher (27) of a prominent school in Pune was found in a compromising position with a Class X male student (17)

▪️According to TOI, the female teacher was unmarried, while the male student hailed from a poor family. She would often show him objectionable clips on her mobile phone

▪️On Dec 27, the teacher had forgotten to lock the empty classroom where she was r@ping the male student

▪️The incident was brought to light & reported to the principal by another male teacher who happened to enter that closed classroom on the second floor

▪️The principal immediately informed the matter to police, & subsequently, an FIR was lodged under the relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act

▪️The principal also shared that the female teacher developed a love relationship with the victim & provoked him to maintain sexual relations with her within the school premises

▪️Not just this, but the accused female teacher also often visited the victim's home whenever he was absent from school & then indulged in physical intimacy with him at his home as well

- POCSO is a gender neutral Act. Any 'male or female adult' who sexually exploits a 'male or female minor' will be booked under this Act

- While this Act is very much needed to protect our children, it is also used by many parents to book 'adult boyfriend of their minor daughter', even when the relationship is consensual

- We need to educate our children thoroughly about good touch and bad touch from either adult men or women so that they themselves can alert parents if they are facing any such exploitation

- Crime has no gender, and our children should be encouraged to call out their perpetrator irrespective of gender

#AtulSubhash alleged that his relationship with Nikita started to get worse in 2021 shortly after which a man named Rohit Nigam frequently started visiting their home.

Atul said that he objected to long phone calls and frequent meetings between Nikita and Rohit.  However, he also confessed that he did not see them in a compromising position but only doubted their connection.
