@deebayleaf Fake accusers are worse criminals than rapists.. Fake rape case is a more serious crime than rape is. There must be a provison for the life imprisonment for such fake accusers👇🏼
I love Shilpa Shinde!
I love it when women go unhinged and believe in tit for tat. Sexual harassers don’t always get punished for their deeds, just like rapists, but that doesn’t mean women don’t face sexual harassment, assault, and mistreatment at their offices and workplaces.
A woman divorced her first husband and received ₹20 lakh in alimony.
She then married a rich man, enjoyed a luxurious lifestyle for 18 months and divorced him as well.
She demanded ₹12 crore, ₹5 lakh per month and a BMW in alimony, but the court finalized the settlement at a flat ₹4 crore.
Investment: 4 years of marriage (across two husbands)
Return: Approx ₹5 crore, that’s ₹10.42 lakh per month.
Divorce is the new startup 🚀
Yes, I filed fake sexual harassment case against my producer to extort money from him. Jo Ukhadna Hai Ukhad Lo @MumbaiPolice : Shilpa Shinde.
She is right. Mumbai Police does not have balls to take any action against her.
A couple in Pune divorced after just 6 months.
• Wife's salary: ₹1.41 Lakh/mo
• Husband's salary: ₹2.79 Lakh/mo (supports parents)
• Court ordered husband to pay ₹1.35 Lakh/mo maintenance.
Now the wife gets ₹2.76 Lakh/mo and the husband is left with ₹1.44 Lakh/mo.
If both spouses are highly paid working professionals, what is the justification for such hefty maintenance? Shouldn't financial independence eliminate or reduce alimony?
What are your thoughts? 👇🏽 #LegalSystem #DivorceLaws #India
In India, in failed relationships, men are sent to jail for this, the government has created a special section, BNS Sec. 69. Along with that, they are also labelled as rapists.
Very pathetic laws of a poorly governed country.
@advbharatchugh, you explained this issue very well.
@puffin_pipe@realsiff It seems you are living in dreams, and you have never visited any real indian court. Those favorable judgements are very rare almost 1%.
@realsiff Then man is left with only 3 choices
1. Give up his life himself immediately to avoid police treatment
2. Take her life
3. Take the slow poison
This is how war begins and women will say men are the ones who start war but for whom and fueled by whom?
An unemployed man with serious mental health problems was ordered to pay Rs. 45,000 to his wife and kid at Bangalore.
His arrears are 40 lakhs. He was admitted at psychiatric wards of multiple Govt hospitals several times.
Yet, judge refuses to believe that he is sick and he is unable to do a job.
The arrears for 5 years are 1.4 crores for earlier alimony order. After the new order, the arrears are 48 lakhs.
So, if a NRI fails to renew his h1b, then he is finished.
This is nothing but terrorism faced by men.
This is exactly the reason why Atul Subhash committed suicide to warn all men against the evil rotten court system of India.
If a man's income drops from Rs.400,000 per month to Rs.65000 per month, then courts will still consider his capability to earn as Rs. 400,000 per month.
