Just because #ShilpaShinde admitted after 10 years that filing a false case against the producer of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain was wrong does not erase the seriousness of her actions.
By her own admission, the case was allegedly filed because her payments were not cleared, which, if true, amounts to a grave misuse of the legal system and could have severely affected another person's reputation and career.
What is even more surprising is that many people are applauding her and calling her "brave" or "honest" for finally admitting the truth.
Owning up to a wrongful act years later may be a step toward accountability, but it should not overshadow the harm caused by the alleged false accusation itself.
If society starts celebrating confessions while ignoring the damage inflicted on innocent people, it sends a troubling message that the consequences of false allegations are secondary.

But my mother is in the kitchen cooking dinner for me and my kid.
Meanwhile, my wife is out on a weekend trip with her kitty party friends.
Now I have no, in fact, Zero reason to give her importance..!
Importance comes from contribution and responsibility— not from entitlement.
This is Shilpa Shinde.
She publicly accused a producer of sexual harassment.
Now, as people and groups demand answers and accountability, she’s playing the victim again—throwing out fresh counter-claims to dodge the questions.
It’s the same old pattern:
1. Make a big allegation
2. Enjoy the spotlight
3. Face scrutiny
4. Cry “harassment” and run from responsibility
Accountability is not harassment.
If you want everyone to believe you without question, be ready for public scrutiny.
The “believe first, never question” era is finally over.
Seeing your name in opening credits in a mainstream film on a subject which is just so close to your heart.....feels different !
I still remember the day when we saw India's Sons together @Nikhil_Dwivedi@anuragkashyap72
Thanks from bottom of our hearts @ekamnyaay 🙏

You think she is challenging men who are victims of false accusations?
No.
This is a direct middle finger to the judicial and police system by a woman who believes she is beyond accountability.
“Jo ukhadna hai, ukhad lo.”
The message is loud and clear:
“We will create chaos, abuse the system, destroy lives, and because we are women, nobody will dare touch us.”
The real challenge is not to men.
The real challenge is to the rule of law, to the courts, to the police, and to every institution that is supposed to deliver justice without fear or favour.
No one is Immune. Shaadi Ka Jhansa strikes again.
Deputy Collector Arvind Mahaur posted at Morena in Madhya Pradesh was arrested after his Facebook friend alleged rape on the pretext of marriage. The woman alleged that the Deputy Collector sexually exploited her for fifteen months after initiating a relationship on Facebook in 2025.
The 32 years old woman was a Baua who slept with a Deputy Collector whom she met through Facebook and enjoyed sex with him for 15 months before realizing that it was rape and not sex.
Her name is Shilpa Shinde.
She is 48 years old and one of Indian television's most recognisable faces. For years she played Angoori Bhabhi in the hit show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain on &TV.
She won Bigg Boss 11 in 2018. Since December 2025 she has been back on the same show in its rebooted version.
In 2016, she had a bitter falling out with the show's producer Sanjay Kohli. The dispute involved her contract, her exit from the show and payments she said were owed to her.
She alleged that other producers in the industry did not support her. At the time, she filed a sexual harassment complaint against Sanjay Kohli. The complaint became national news.
On June 2 2026, she appeared on a podcast hosted by comedians Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
In that conversation, she said this.
"Nobody knows this. I am not scared of saying the truth. Maine apne producer ke upar sexual harassment ka case kar diya tha kyun ki mere pass koi raasta nahi tha."
(I had filed a sexual harassment case against my producer because I had no other option.)
She then said: "Main aaj iske through bol rahi hun woh jhooth tha. Main yeh aaj first time confess kar rahi hun sach much."
(Today through this platform I am saying for the first time that it was false. I am genuinely confessing the truth today.)
She explained that the police had told her she needed to write something serious to make the complaint viable, and that she had done so. A settlement was eventually reached and her outstanding payment was cleared.
Speaking about Sanjay Kohli, she said: "Bechara woh usme badnaam hogaya." The poor man ended up being defamed because of it.
Within hours of the podcast clip circulating, NCMIndia Council for Men Affairs, a Delhi-based men's rights organisation, wrote to Mumbai Police on June 2 2026 demanding that action be taken against Shilpa Shinde for filing a false complaint.
The hashtag ArrestShilpaShinde began trending on X.
Sanjay Kohli has not made a public statement in response.
No FIR has been filed against Shilpa Shinde as of the time of this post. No legal action has been initiated.
India's Supreme Court has observed on multiple occasions since 2001 that sexual harassment laws are being misused.
It said so in 2001, 2005, 2014, 2017 and 2022. It has issued guidelines each time. The law has not been amended once.
Sanjay Kohli was named publicly in a complaint that, by the complainant's own admission on a public platform, was not true. He has been carrying that for ten years.

@DuryodhanaAgain@jeene2yarr You really dont have to start with self defense you are not misogynist. Normal people onow that hating feminists has nothing to do with misogyny. Those who take offense are usually feminists themselves or their simps.
No PUNISHMENT FOR FALSE DOWRY CASES - IF YOU ARE WOMEN
- A woman stopped her wedding and sent back the wedding party (baraat).
- She accused her in-laws of asking for dowry.
- In just one day, the media called her a bold hero and role model.
- They blamed and shamed the groom and his family.
- Even CBSE school books added her story as an example.
- After 9 years, the court found out she lied.
- She did it only because she wanted to marry another man.
- The groom and his family suffered false harassment for 9 long years.
@DirSharry84540@OyeGenZ Also, forgot to mention in divorce case itself.. wife can apply for maintenance under HMA 24 in which husband has to pay monthly maintenance to wife to support her and legal expenses till divorce case runs (typically 5-7 yrs).
@DirSharry84540@OyeGenZ She can still go for maintenance claim under BNSS 144 (formerly crpc 125). There are HC judgements that in such cases wife has to be "living" in adultery. "Isolate" adultery (like caught with BF like this) don't absolutely disentitled her from maintenance from husband.
Husband caught his wife red-handed with her lover in a hotel room.
Her husband and the crowd beat the lover.
Why does she get into extramarital affairs?
> For Lust
> For Money
> her nature
Now she will move to court for alimony.
She is Shilpa Shinde.
Earlier, she publicly claimed that she had filed a sexual harassment complaint against a producer.
Now, when several individuals and organisations are raising questions and seeking accountability over her actions and statements, she is once again playing the victim card, making counter-allegations, and attempting to shift the focus away from the questions being asked.
Now suddenly the victim card is back in play.
This has become a familiar script:
Make allegations.
Enjoy the publicity.
Face questions.
Cry harassment.
Avoid accountability.
Accountability is not harassment.
If you demand blind belief for your accusations, you should also be prepared for public scrutiny of your actions.
The era of “believe first, question never” is coming to an end.
“Jo ukhadna hai ukhad ko.”
Many will get angry from her post..
But the post itself shows she is herself frustrated from her own acts and now she is gonna get into a guilt mode where no producer is gonna give her any Work.
That’s a bigger punishment than sending her to jail.
