The irony:
> every civilization had slaves, it was a universal evil
> the people who fought to end it were Christian men from America and England
> yet, history is taught as though America and England are primarily at fault!
@SethDillon Can I point out that lighting anything on fire in the city street is already illegal and should be prosecuted? So at the very least, if you want to burn a flag, it should be your property, and on your property and according to burning regulations in your area.
@libsoftiktok I am all for the rainbows and teaching how God keeps his promises! Also love how they are teaching the kids about the deadly sin of pride. I think there should be more violins on t.v.
No one living today either owned slaves or was one. Minnesota itself has never allowed slavery. We were established as a free territory and explicitly banned slavery in our constitution upon becoming a state.
The only debt anyone here owes is gratitude and civic loyalty.
@daningo I saw something about this on a podcast. there are layers and broilers, the broilers supposedly have been left alone due to stricter health regulations, while laying farms have been culling millions of chickens.
@helgey7212@alphanews that is false. You can observe and promote one religion publicly while allowing those who have a different religion to practice theirs privately. The religious freedom the constitution recognizes is that the govt may not pass legislation limiting religious thought and expression
@GrageDustin only 11 fraudulent voters in the entire state, but don't worry, we already charged the one person involved and everything is fine.... *this IS the cover up*
