Deployables like rocket's beacon, groots walls, peni's nest, loki's runes and clones, and all shields if active.

not "PSD", she's is a busted hero.

I think Cyclops kit is really good, but his dmg should have fall off after like 45m, and his ult should have a build up instead of releasing immediately.
