@easyJetholidays you know when you cancel a return flight as part of package holiday and you request customers to call you (the only option available) to discuss options. It might help if you actually have enough staff to answer the phones. Long waits !!!

@VodafoneUK day 1 with fibre500. No signal in 50% of the house Over 35 mins with customer service and 4 different depts only solution drive to a voda shop and buy booster or upgrade to pro. Very poor service. Product not on website to purchase. Cancellation process underway.
@McDonaldsUK Deserves 0 stars. Absolutely filthy inside. No pride in the workplace from the mgmt. Long wait for food. No sauces, napkins or toilet roll. Toilets and car park disgusting with litter everywhere too. If any other food establishment was this dirty it would be closed.
@sainsburys first online grocery order. Very poor. Number of products arrived damaged and several fresh products have arrived with a use by date of tomorrow.

@RAC_Care Yea I have and asked for the refund for money paid for emergency response. The customer sevice reply was we are very sorry for your experience but nothing we can do. Now waiting for the phone call transcripts
