@jayg327 From what $AXSM has said at recent conferences,it’s evident they’ll be announcing FDA acceptance of their Narco./Cataplexy NDA(likely a slam dunk approval)w/in 2wks,& raise the stock price by at least 10 to 20%. However,in this volatile Mkt,who knows?-No one wants to be out! $XBI

Note-though Mkt often focused on M&A quick fixs(75-100% premium), $AXSM up ~130% last 12 mnths, & though some of that might be anticipatory, much is strictly prog dev. related-& since we may see the same again this year,&Mgmt interests w.Aligned w S.Hldrs, No rush to see sale!:-)

I was in that $ITCI deal…Yes similar vibes-but ultimately so much bigger prize for any acquirer-plus what’s good for a standalone is also v.attractive to suitors…IOWs,any buyer fortunate enough to make an $AXSM deal is going to have to pay up…Shareholders win either way! $XBI

@Quantbro1 Completely agree-but of course the people that have chosen this course(contrary to the wishes of many shareholders) need to wait for that growth to pan out too-in other words, no massive shortcuts/bailouts for insiders, please:-)

Why should the authors of 10 years of decline from $20s range be bailed out all of a sudden-How is this fair to all shareholders that have endured & continue to endure these massive losses?Would rather see them issue some new options-but not ~11 ml like they’re asking for here😱!

$NVCT A cursory scan of this multi year chart,possibly potentiated by positive data leaks from the open label Ph1b NXP900 Tr(readout June/July) suggests it may be on the verge of an historic multi year event. My 2nd largest position hopefully on the cusp🌺!:-) $XBI $IBB

$AXSM, Makary, & the FDA>Unless you believe all antidepressants are going away(insane🤓!), any deemphasis of SSRIs couldn’t help but be a massive boost to Auvelity as the much more rapid acting, more effective, & safer alternative. Would just catalyze the current transition! $XBI

@RobGalen1 Yes-rough, bumpy environment as market waits for, among other things, Supreme Court decision on Admin.Tariff authority-Potentially a real blow to their onshoring efforts… Nevertheless, confident, (as data nears), it shakes out in $NVCT ’s favor.

@kjerath So will I… I’m expecting about an additional 10 or 15% pop on actual $AXSM ADA sNDA acceptance confirm, & although it’s really fait accompli, I view that as the residual consensus probability it doesn’t get done, which is appropriately small😆! $IBB $XBI
