@ParamountPlusAU your billing engine is broken. Charged me $115 on 15 July with zero notice, then sent an email on 13 Aug saying renewal is 10 Oct! Your system offered a discount that doesn't apply until 2027. Manager escalation ghosted. Fix my account. #ParamountPlus #ACCC

Anyone with same issue accessing Telstra+? 3+weeks I've been trying to login into TPlus & get same error msg, clicking on Message Us nadda happens! So frustrating, just trying to redeem points before expire - any recommendations or solution @Telstra? Worst customer experience!
