I've been using a 2014 Seagate NAS for our home storage and server for about 10 years :). It's entirely reliable, though support and firmware updates have long since been abandoned. The poor device keeps trying to reach home but fails :(. I hope it survives longer! @Seagate

@Telstra service has been out for over 24 hours. ETA fix was 5 hours ago. Status is ‘on hold’. Not even mobile failover. No one to talk to. Try to message and they say ‘we are having trouble responding to messages’. Will we be compensated? My child can’t do their schoolwork.
