@TalkTalk another 38 minutes on hold. Managed to speak to 'Tom' who acknowledged I wanted cancel, told me he would put me on brief hold, then hung up on me. Let's see if he calls back.
@TalkTalk back on as caller 67 again. You messaged me via DM telling me to use the chat service knowing full well the that service on the website is down. Should I just keep tweeting every time you hang up on me?
@TalkTalk Waited 33 minutes to go from caller 73 to caller 31 and then you hang up. Tried calling back several times but you keep hanging up. I want just want to cancel.
@British_Airways Thanks for the very quick and very friendly check in at Bangkok To Heathrow. Best we’ve had with BA. The desk threw in free fast track as we are travelling with tricky hand luggage returning from a TV shoot.
@TalkTalk 7 hours of phones calls so far (including nearly 2 hours this morning) speaking with 5 different support staff and two managers. Only just sending an engineer out. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.
@TalkTalk I’ve called 3 times about broadband under 2mpbs. Have been told someone will respond within 48 hours and nothing. Escalated to management and still nothing? What’s next? Coming up to a month of poor service.
