@robj3d3 The value ratios probably vary quite a lot depending on the niche.

@AlexanderKalian The brain functioning as a receiver of consciousness is an angle worth considering. The fact that some small brained birds with very different brain architecture seem to pass the mirror test/exhibit high levels of self awareness is intriguing.

@grinder9891 @TennisTV @DjokerNole @AlexZverev Probably not because it wasn’t playable for Zverev. Similarly it is not a hindrance if you celebrate after blasting a shot past your opponent and you make a distracting noise before a second bounce.

@SovereignLatam Agreed, but the overwhelming majority of it has more sauce and less bread than Argentine pizza. Standard Argie cheese pizza tastes like cheese bread to the average American palatte.

@SAGreenGringo @hispanicnomad What site(s) do you use for finding rentals in BsAs? On Airbnb and ZonaProp both the short and long term rentals in Agronomia and the surroundings are easily 75%+ the cost of Palermo.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@misraetel Information processing could be a necessary condition for consciousness, but far from a sufficient one. Some very small brained organisms allegedly pass the mirror test, which may be a clue that another variable is highly relevant to degree of self awareness (e.g. architecture).

@gregogallagher Clay courts are easy on the joints, hard courts not so much

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@aryanlabde A friend of mine develops mobile games. It is a very saturated market and not as easy as you are suggesting to make games that actually retain users long enough to make ad spend profitable.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@bold_perception It is in euros and service fees are not included so you are already up to minimum 3.2k euros/3.7k USD for a shoe box. At 24sqm living space you'd also have to rent storage so you are already up to 4.2k+ USD which could get you a luxurious penthouse in many cities.

@Tye04277646 @TrVon This is not legal advice, but that is not how income is determined. It is based on the USD value at the moment you were paid.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@atseawithari @nancyleetennis The downside of hitting hard and flat is that it is much more likely to go out or into the net. The slower your opponent is, the more attractive that tradeoff becomes. Since the men are a lot faster on defense, more topspin and margin are necessary on the average baseline stroke.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@MurrayHillGuy1 A confounding variable is you have to be middle aged or quite dumb to not realize these are AI generated photos. Both the 41 and 51 year olds look older than their ages by about a decade.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@robin_linus Alice hit the royal flush on the turn (the turn and river are always placed to the right of the flop). Making a royal flus by the river is about 1 in 65k, so not something you see everyday.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@MurrayHillGuy1 Height was probably just an excuse to make a quick and clear exit. There is no upside for her to share the real reason(s) she wants to bail. If your friend had said 6 foot the cutoff probably would have moved to 6'2".

@JakeNomada That is the least desirable area of Nueva Cordoba (other than right near the bus terminal) given the higher levels of street crime. It can be quite shady at night, hence the lower price per m² than other parts of Nueva Cordoba.

[Rob Racks @RobRacks8]

@nomadgeist There is also probably a tendency to plateau at around B2 because it is tempting to rely mostly on passive learning. The initial passion wears off as the difficulty of attaining near native fluency becomes more obvious

@pavyg 'Derecha' = right or in this case forehand in Spanish. He's basically saying 'what a shit forehand'. He's obviously not talking about 'right' wing in the political sense as this AI translation has fumbled to a comical degree.
