Mad night had a last man standing tournament in @CRAcademyBJJ Swansea vs Bridgend, Pembroke, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Aberystwyth etc #Random

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

Trying to upload @CRAcademyBJJ medal table facts but facebook ain't working :(

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@Om13d @Burger_Knight sounds cool. I would assume @Mylar already knows about this, but just in case.

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@ChrisReesBJJ @jabarian @Om13d The more you train, the better you will get. Each person needs to find their own balance between skills.

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@ChrisReesBJJ @jabarian @Om13d best way to get better is to improve technique/do more BJJ. Strength, cardio, flexibility all helps though.

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@ChrisReesBJJ @jabarian @Om13d worth doing but too many people are looking for a magic answer to getting better.

[Chris Rees Academy @CRAcademyBJJ]

Our very own Brad Thomas had beaten Sam Boo by now. Hurry up Alex Reid #BAMMA

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@Mylar Wtf? @offsetbeats needs to try this challenge. I don't think a spice challenge can beat him.

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@paulinhogbm @ChrisReesBJJ @SwanseaTattooCo I still don't believe it's him.

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@ChrisReesBJJ @SwanseaTattooCo Stop being a wuss and have a full sleeve :) ...or just get a backpiece next!

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@RyanPlugs @Mylar @TheSmokeHausUK go for it Miles! Actually, I assume you've done it by now? How did it go?

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@RichPresley @CRAcademyBJJ Probably not mate. I will get the xmas holiday opening schedule up soon :) (tomorrow hopefully)

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]

@CRAcademyBJJ in the Evening Post today for smashing up the English Open! #bestBJJinWales #REALhomeofBJJinWales

[Rob Taylor @RobT1000]
