I've been trying to cancel my membership for over a month and am not hearing back from you. I've tried everything. I hear one response then nothing for weeks. You've now taken more of my money and I've not used the gym in months. CANCEL and refund me now please!

@JDGyms Following raising a ticket I was contacted by you on the 22nd June with reference 27211086. I replied on the 30th with the relevant information as I was on holiday.I then emailed again 4 days ago and in the meantime a DD was taken from my account when I have not used your gyms

@JDGyms It took 11 days to get a reply then I replied with more information and I have not yet had a reply. It's 15 days later and in the meantime I have been debited another direct debit I wouldn't be messaging here if the traditional route was working. Please fix!
