【靴の履き方で身体を変える？！】

最近の靴は非常に機能性やクッション性に優れていたりします。
実はそういう靴を毎日のように使ってしまうと、足は壊れてしまいます。

なぜなら機能性に富む靴は
足を『構造通りに使えなくしてしまう』から。
外反母趾も扁平足も、構造通り使えなくなった結果です。

そして、何も履く靴だけではありません。
靴の『履き方』が適当になってしまっていることも問題だと考えています。

腰痛にしろ膝痛にしろ肩こりにしろ、まずは身体の土台である『足』が機能していることが重要ですが、そのための履き方があるんです。

そこで今回は一つ
『靴の履き方（環境設定）』を見直してみましょう。

毎日の立位や歩行が変われば、身体はもっと楽になる。
