And was told someone would be out within an hour. 3 and a half hours later, still no one, so I called again and the best answer they were able to give was "today." That's what I was told yesterday and this family still has no heat. Ridiculous.

@FoxfordComics No one ever mentions Ringing Bell. My stepmom was horrified when I told her what the movie was actually about a couple of years ago. Something about the children's animation from that era almost makes it seem like traumatizing kids was secretly the point.
