@11point7 If you watch the replay, the home plate umpire saw it coming right of the box and essentially told Phelps, "stop admiring and start running!"
@MLBNetwork@Braves It’s crazy to even suggest but IF Matt Olson continues his 807 consecutive games-played streak he’d catch Cal Ripken Jr at age 43 in the Summer of 2037.
@Chaseknowss Thank you, Chase! I’m so happy you’re enjoying The Well! You’re helping provide clean water one cup of coffee at a time!
I love our new Cool Springs location too! We were so blessed to be offered that spot. I’m thrilled it’s become a meaningful place of community for many!
What makes an experience impactful? A teaching memorable? A keynote or sermon life-changing? It’s the vital space between information and in formation.
This is the role of the mentor, educator, or speaker. It’s not just about communicating information, but inviting others into transformation.
An absolute textbook trap. Look how both arrived at the ball at the same time, squared up, got tall, and extended arms fully, all in unison. Perfect defensive execution.

@Chaseknowss Love that, Chase! CliftonStrengths is truly a tremendous tool for helping us steward the talent God has given us and live most fully into what He designed us to be. I’m a certified coach so let me know if you or anyone you know would ever like to discover more!
"What would happen if we studied what is right with people instead of focusing on what is wrong with them?"
These were the words of educator and psychologist Don Clifton who pioneered the CliftonStrengths movement.
As a certified CliftonStrengths coach I get to work with students at Lipscomb nearly every day to help them develop their talents into strengths. Though my primary commitment, focus, and time is Lipscomb, I'm excited to share this more with a limited number of outside clients.
I've provided over 200 hours of one-on-one coaching and conducted Strengths workshops for organizations across multiple industries to help others to discover and use their God-given talent.
The coaching method I use is three-fold.
Name. I help you understand your strengths (initially called talents) and what they mean.
Claim. Together we look for evidence of your strengths in your past and present to help you recognize, appreciate, and own them.
Aim. We work together to develop your strengths by identifying goals, exploring your strengths dynamics, and aiming your strengths at these goals.
For organizations, I help you learn to harness your collective strengths to maximize your impact.
I also love speaking and teaching on Strengths.
My new website allows you to explore ways I might can serve you or your organization as a coach, consultant, or speaker.
It’s such a blessing to see the impact this has on a person or organization.
I’d love to share it with some of you!
