22 days have passed since I bought a private registration plate from @DVLAgovuk website. The money was taken twice, still not been refunded one payment and I’ve had no receipt or documentation so I can’t use it on my car. No response to messages either!! Who do I contact now?

Witnessed from our Cruise ship in The Med this morning, an all too common sight of a small boat travelling from Africa to Spain being rescued by the Spanish Coastguard. One of 2 in the area we shadowed. Our boats couldn’t be more contrasting!

@British_Airways, just arrived on a flight from Palma to London City, a few hrs delay due to the strikes. But no one providing updates or information. Flight was diverted to Southend, again, no staff to assist or information given. Taxi rank is chaos. What’s the process now?

We booked an emergency call out 2 days ago for an electrical fault. You’ve taken our policy excess and just given us the run around since. We’ve called 5 times!! We have no power, boiler, heating or hot water and have kids at home. Disgraceful!

What a joke @TicketmasterUK trying to buy @davidgilmour tickets. After a long wait in a queue I get in to choose tickets then told I can’t check out. This happened several times. And the deal was to buy the new album to get an access code. Nice one!!

@sainsburys , order place with #chopchop 3 hours ago on a one hour delivery. Didn’t turn up, showing as delivered on the app. Lengthy call to customer services in Africa who have no idea what’s going on and can’t get through to the store. Money taken though! Terrible service!!

@sainsburys As I’ve said, I’ve called that number and they couldn’t help. Firstly told me the items hadn’t been picked due to lack of delivery drivers then said they had no idea what had happened but probably delivered to the wrong address. Shambolic service from such a large company!
