Dark-money, Massachusetts-based FEC PAC, Main Street Fund, filed a new 24-hour notice report on Thursday about spending $27,500 on text messages against Adam Hamilton for US Senate.

Main Street Fund PAC was created on Aug. 4 and has not yet filed any contributor reports -- only 24-hour notice reports (and amendments) about expenditures of over $1 million against Hamilton.

Comrade @AdamHamilton is currently peddling the canard that @RogerMarshallMD sued hundreds of his patients and also had 81 of them arrested, allegedly hauled off in handcuffs. So far, he's suckered @NYTimes, @CNN and now @wapo and these local bozos into doing stories on it and, not surprisingly, none of them appears to have been interested in the obvious contradictions in Hamilton's bogus claims.

First, let's talk about who collects medical fees. I am not aware of any doctor anywhere engaged in a solo practice. Virtually all are members of a practice and affiliated with several hospitals. Their job is to see patients, not collect fees. That task may be done by a separate department, an outside agency or a department of one of the hospitals where patients were treated, but never the doctor directly. So, the first claim, that Marshall did anything is nonsense.

Secondly, the claim is that hundreds of patients were sued. Again, Marshall would be isolated from any of that activity and so, if there is a villain, it most assuredly, Adam Hamilton's ludicrous claims aside, is nonsense. Hamilton may be confused because I'm betting he knows who the major donors in his "church" are and where every dollar comes from and hence I'm also betting this is a case of projecting.

Third, and most bizarre, is the claim that 81 were arrested and in one post the claim was added that they were taken away in handcuffs. People are not arrested merely for not paying medical bills. they may be sued, a civil matter, but not arrested, a criminal matter. Thus far I have yet to see either Heretic Hamilton or any of his media stooges specify what those criminal charges involved. Medicaid fraud, perhaps, Insurance fraud? In order to be arrested there has to be some suspicion that a crime occurred. What were the crimes? So far, I have seen nothing providing that information.

This goes beyond dirty, it is outright muckraking from a religious fraud who played a significant role in creating the schism that divided his denomination. If he had an ounce of integrity he would apologize in shame.
