Visa moved USDC payments into production yesterday. Businesses can now fund cross border payouts with USDC through Visa Direct, around the clock, 180 plus countries. Not a pilot. Live.

Reportedly adopted the "non operating company" rule last night. Companies that mostly hold assets instead of running a business become ineligible for its global indexes.

Strategy and Metaplanet were flagged in MSCI's own simulation. SharpLink, TON Strategy, Solana Company, and DeFi Development are on the watch list.

Nobody's out yet. The final list drops Nov 11. Changes hit Nov 30.
