For a long time, the iSibhaca Bible translation was a pipeline project close to our hearts—a dream held in patient expectation as we practiced "Waiting on God" for His divine provision and timing. Today, that season of waiting culminates in a historic milestone!

We are overjoyed to announce that the iSibhaca Bible Translation Program has officially launched its first-ever translation workshop!

For this foundational stage, the team is adopting a workshop-based model to craft God’s Word into the heart language of the amaBhaca people. Leading and mentoring this sacred task is our dedicated Consultant & Language Development Specialist, Mama Busie, who will be working hand-in-hand with Ndzuzo Potsane, our Consultant in Training. Ndzuzo will be present with the translation team throughout every workshop to ensure both linguistic precision and theological depth.

The team is already hard at work, diving straight into the foundational narrative of Genesis Chapter 1. We are deeply humbled to witness the initial verses of Scripture taking shape in isiBhaca for the very first time. God’s timing is always perfect, and we stand in awe of how He aligns every detail.

How You Can Partner With Us:
* Pray for Wisdom: Lift Mama Busie, Ndzuzo Potsane, and the local translation team as they navigate nuanced linguistic choices in Genesis 1.
* Pray for the Community: Pray for the amaBhaca people of KwaBhaca—that their hearts are prepared to receive God's Word in their own mother tongue.
* Pray for Endurance: Pray for protection, focus, and unity for the entire team throughout this workshop and future sessions.
