Federal Judge J. Barrett Marum failed his mandatory duty to recuse himself under 28 U.S.C. § 455, issuing a summary dismissal to block an audit of the exact office tower where his biological mother, Marian Marum (Suite 1000), and real estate/eviction attorney Howard F. Burns (Suite 800) handles the property transactions.

With the California and 9th Circuit appellate courts abruptly closing their dockets today without reviewing this physical evidence, we are left completely unprotected. People forget that Gov DeSantis beat this guy in 2018 by less than 0.5%.

He would’ve been our Governor during Covid, kept us locked down, and the country would’ve never been the same.

The reason he almost won was b/c deep blue Broward County kept “finding” votes weeks after the election.

The vote fraud was stopped, DeSantis cleaned up our elections, and he won by almost 20% in 2022.
