I did every fix @Uber suggested: preferences, cache, reinstall, 15+ sign-ins, restarts. Nothing changed — because the problem is not my phone. It's a dispatch flag on my account that NO ONE at @Uber will verify. Not hours. Not demand. Exclusion. @Uber_Support
Vincent at @Uber Priority claimed a 'comprehensive audit' cleared my account — no audit date, no auditor, no team name, no reference. The same day agent Lilly admitted in writing: no case number, no technical finding, no decision. Which is it, Uber? @Uber_Support
Twelve times today @Uber's own system sent me 'We didn't receive your message.' My replies to the threads Uber closed never reach support — then Uber calls it silence and closes more threads. The record is the record. @Uber_Support
77+ hours. That's how long @Uber has ignored four written demands: a case number, the agents' names, a technical finding, and a decision on my $26,800–$34,800 claim. Its answer: close my threads six times and ask me to stop escalating. No. @Uber_Support
Week of Nov 2–6, Black vs Black only: @Lyft sent me 61 rides, $1,275.90. @Uber sent 16 trips, $389.58. Same phone, same hours online. @Uber calls this 'market dynamics.' I call it suppression. @Uber_Support
Nov 6, Dallas: @Uber $141.42, 4 trips, 10h40m online. @Lyft $368.10, 18 Black rides, 10h15m online. Same hours, same city. Lyft paid 2.6x more — and Lyft Black is the SMALLER service. This is not low demand. This is exclusion. @Uber_Support
Barbara at @Progressive answered my written demand for proof with one line: 'call us.' No. Everything in writing. Prove the 2 claims or admit there was 1. Nov 10 — then the Texas Department of Insurance gets the file.
Oct 26, recorded call: @Progressive said underwriting would MANUALLY REMOVE the duplicate once documents confirmed ONE claim. Documents sent Oct 28. It's Nov 7. Nothing removed. $2,267.50 paid on a duplicated claim. Nov 10 deadline stands.
@Progressive replied on X blaming State Farm and LexisNexis for the 'duplicate.' Its OWN report says otherwise: the duplicate was created inside Progressive's own application. Show the TWO C.L.U.E. entries with claim numbers — or fix it. Nov 10.
3 days left, @Progressive. Your own C.L.U.E. pull on 10/22/2026 says '1 Claim(s) Reported.' ONE. Your application listed my ONE June 19 loss TWICE to rate me $1,326.25/mo. Correct it, re-rate it, refund it — IN WRITING by Nov 10.
I pay $1,326.25/mo for the commercial insurance @Uber Black requires. My passengers ride on MY policy. Uber keeps ~half the fare — and since my Oct 22 reactivation, sends the Black work to everyone else. 24 days waiting on my claim. @Uber_Support
@Uber moved my case to a 'primary thread,' asked me to stop escalating — then its agent Wendy refused in writing to give employee names or any internal documentation. 'Under review,' no deadline. That is not a review. That is a wall. @Uber_Support
In two days @Uber closed my support thread SIX times — the last closure admitting I'm STILL waiting for answers on my Black trips and my lost-earnings claim. Closing a thread is not an answer. @Uber_Support
Lyza also admitted @Uber trip requests are 'system generated' and Support has no control. So who reviews my account? 65+ hours of demands: NO case number. NO names. NO technical finding. NO decision on my $26,800–$34,800 claim. @Uber_Support
@Uber's own agent Lyza admitted in writing I get 'very few Black and Black SUV trip requests' — then claimed I'm not opted into all trip types. FALSE. Black, Black SUV, XL and Comfort are ALL active, confirmed by Uber itself on Nov 1. @Uber_Support
Nov 5, Dallas: @Lyft $262. @Uber $34 — frozen all day. Five months ago a normal day was the exact inverse: Uber ~$400, Lyft ~$34. Reactivated Oct 22 and punished ever since. The facts don't show low demand. They show EXCLUSION. @Uber_Support
@Progressive rated me $1,326.25/mo on a claim it DUPLICATED in its own application. Its own C.L.U.E. report says ONE claim. No written proof, just 'call us.' No. Correct it, re-rate it, refund it. IN WRITING by Nov 10, or TDI gets the file.
Today in Dallas: @Lyft 3 trips, $118. @Uber ONE trip, $17. Yesterday: Lyft 13, Uber 1. Eight template replies today, 3 thread closures, ZERO investigation. I pay $1,326.25/mo for Uber Black insurance while Uber hides the work. This is exclusion. @Uber_Support
@Progressive wants me to 'call' so nothing is in writing. I filed everything in writing: their own application listing my ONE loss TWICE, and their own C.L.U.E. report showing 1 claim. Answer in writing by Nov 10, or the Texas Dept. of Insurance gets the file.
On a recorded call, Oct 26, @Progressive's side said underwriting would MANUALLY REMOVE the duplicate claim once documents confirmed I had only one. Documents sent Oct 28. It's Nov 5. Nothing removed. $2,267.50 already paid on a lie. Deadline: Nov 10.
