They will. AT THE TRIAL if the magistrate deems probable cause is found from the preliminary hearing. THIS IS WHY WE PUT TOGETHER A GRAND JURY!! This is NOT the time to make demands! If the DA had put this before a grand jury... none of this crap going on would be televised. But they chose a prelim, to sway people into believing TR is guilty. They want the jury tainted. This is no different than what Karen Read is going through!

If these asses were there as Charlie's "bodyguards"... why the hell did they all surround Charlie after shots were fired? A normal response would be for them to pull their weapons to defend the area. How did all those asses know they were not under attack? Every single LEO I know, would pull their gun, find cover, assess the situation. They would have plans in place. Maybe 2 of them would go to Charlie & the other 4 would be engaged & "guarding"!

This prelim hearing is absolutely insane. Every imbecile thinks this is a "trial"! IT IS NOT A TRIAL! The DA did not impanel a grand jury. Why not? We do not need to watch a prelim. This 💩 show has been all planned out to be the circus that it is.

I do not know who or what killed Charlie. All I know is that millions of you are condemning a young man, who you know nothing about, as being guilty. How is that possible?

Speculate all you want, however we are all afforded innocence UNTIL proven guilty. Think! This isn't about YOUR feelings. Put yourself, your son, your grandson, your brother, your father in Tyler Robinson's shoes.
