06 Jan 21 wasn’t a failure. It was a dress rehearsal. The MAGA Lords used it to find systemic flaws which they could exploit in Jan 25 (which will be the main performance) & before. The most important actions for its success will be earlier in the states & at the local level.

number of appellate courts? Using 1869 law setting number of SCOTUS justices at 9 to match number of appellate courts, should be 13 justices now. Not court packing. If law increases number of appellate courts, number of justices should increase to match.
