There are also optimal levels vs. "normal" levels, particularly for endurance athletes. Yet I have never had a medical provider reference this with me, including MDs board certified in sports medicine. It's either "iron looks good" or "iron is low."

@natsfert Outlets are willing to push for diverse sourcing (yay!) when it means more work without more $ for writers. It would be odd if the same outlets were not willing to expend more of their own resources to pay a living wage to interns to improve diversity in the field.

@alanasaltz @jewstein3000 Watch for differences in how you hold your jaw. Lips together, teeth apart, tongue slightly behind top middle teeth can help jaw relax. Depends on the person, but avoiding ear loops and wearing sunglasses (avoids squinting) or lidocaine patches (rx or otc) may help.
