HOW TO START READING BOOKS

1. Start with a topic you actually enjoy, don’t begin with a book just because everyone recommends it.

2. Read only 5–10 pages a day in the beginning, consistency matters more than speed.

3. Keep your phone away while reading, even 15 focused minutes can improve concentration.

4. Don’t force yourself to finish a boring book, sometimes the wrong book kills the habit.

5. Read at the same time daily, before sleep, during travel, or in the morning.

6. Highlight or note one good idea from every chapter, it makes reading more meaningful.

7. Don’t aim to “finish books”, aim to build the habit of reading.

Remember:Readers are not born, they are built, one page at a time.
