Today, 6-7 hours ago, Sweden’s biggest Conan fan (me) sent in an application for the chance to appear as a fan guest on @ConanOBrien’s @TeamCoco#ConanObrienNeedsAFan podcast. Wish me luck! 🤞
@LateNightSeth@chrislhayes 100% valid probably true theory
He’s a bored man, stuck in a job he didn’t really want (only wanted it when he didn’t have it), now wanting to only work in construction to build legacy buildings as he faces death
@Throwinkicks@ZacharyLevi Not really. People still watch. There’s no garbage, just content that features more than just straight white guys. Diversity is a good thing
They are firing people to replace them with Ai. That’s the sad truth
I think the story was better in this one but I think the first movie was a bit funnier. The 1st movie is the fun “game demo” that introduces characters, worlds, & game modes of Super Mario while the 2nd movie is the bigger story driven full “game” in Marios world & beyond
I enjoyed @supermariomovie but it’s NOT a good Super Mario Galaxy game adaptation, it’s a great Mario movie that implements elements of the Galaxy games (and other Mario games) into its own story - which I thought, besides underutilizing Rosalina, had a really good story

I spoke to Anthropic’s AI agent Claude about AI collecting massive amounts of personal data and how that information is being used to violate our privacy rights.
What an AI agent says about the dangers of AI is shocking and should wake us up.
I stayed up until 4am watching #TheOscars and enjoyed it, especially the vocal support for human art (#FuckAi), the show just needed more @ConanOBrien moments though 🙌
“Tonight we are celebrating people, not AI. Animation is more than a prompt, it’s an art form that needs to be protected.”
Amazing message by Will Arnett at the #Oscars
The most important Oscar speech tonight wasn’t about film.
The director of “Mr. Nobody Against Putin” just said this from the stage:
“You lose your country through countless small acts of complicity. When we act complicit when a government murders people on the streets. When oligarchs take over the media and control how we produce and consume it. We all face a moral choice. But even a nobody is more powerful than you think.”
He was talking about Russia.
The audience knew he was talking about America too.
Elon Musk owns the platform you’re reading this on.
David Ellison is buying CNN — Pete Hegseth said it will be “far better” when he does.
The DOGE deposition videos were removed from YouTube.
The Epstein files are sealed.
The Pentagon won’t release a casualty count.
Countless small acts of complicity.
That’s how you lose it.
A nobody is more powerful than you think.
Never stop connecting the dots.
@marmaduke091 The author who created LOTR would hate this. Ai only steals, doesn’t create. These are just soul less short clips. An actual Ai generated game would be full of errors and glitches, which would take a lot of time to fix - much longer than just having actual humans creating it
@LateNightSeth@StephenAtHome The funniest thing Lorne could do would have Stephen be the first host of SNL next season. And then just have him do a 20-30 minute monologue. And then have him on as a recurring guest the rest of the season. Make all the CBS viewers flock to NBC.
