@PropDroid Lathe. I bought a cutoff holder years ago that wouldn't hold the blade securely. I added the 0-80 screws. Then, apparently, I got a little too close to the chuck.

Ever hear yourself make a mistake when machining, inspect the tool, and breathe relief that you apparently got away without damage? Years later, as I unscrewed a tiny 0-80 screw to replace a cut off blade, I found the damage.
