@bart_krk I spent ages studying forums for the right colours then gave up and went with a mix of what I had at hand. From top to bottom Tamiya XF65+XF26, Vallejo Pale Blue Grey, Tamiya XF59+XF57. I doubt it's historically accurate but I like it.

Two weeks ago they took my payment then failed to actually reserve my rooms leaving my family with nowhere to stay. This is their response received Today!! Anyone got a time machine so we can actually use the rooms?

Progress on the #JFFColdWar Lightning.
Testing metal finishes on a spare tail. Although I like the AK primer and Xtreme metals (bottom panels) they are, unsurprisingly, less resistant to handling and tape than the Alclad equivalents (top). Tape test ongoing.

@ametcalfe42 As soon as the last decal is applied the box goes in recycling, I do take a picture of the box and add it to an album so I have a record, just not a physical one.

@AntonyRowntree These are for the Academy M3 Stuart, small links on a small tank. There's plenty of room to hide the join on the rubber tracks so I figure there's no point in struggling.
