@TTChelps you have severe crowing and delays (waiting for multiple trains) NB on the university line because of the delay on the Yonge line I assume. You should communicate this as well. It's not as simple as switching lines with these delays...
@TTChelps@ttchelps yes, I'm aware. Many people aren't and would be able to get home and to work faster if you warned them as you've done in the past like you do when there is a mechanical issue, eg.
@TTChelps you have serious delays on the Yonge side of line 1. You need to put out a warning to customers. This is not acceptable and you have warned us for far less in the past. Thank you. We should be told to use the university side instead.
@JRUrbaneNetwork@JRUrbaneNetwork you mean the new signalling system that the TTC already uses to run trains slower than before its introduction, even with no slow zones? Help me move to Asia man...
@TTChelps your new slow zone between king and queen extends as you approach queen SB and as you leave king SB and is very slow (so 3x what you say). This is as bad as the delay you decided to put a warning about to travelers at Bloor the other week. The same should be done here.
@TTChelps your slow zones SB between Cerdevale-St Clair West-Dupont are today now for the entire distance between stations (not <20% as your website communicates). You should put out a warning for customers to expect much longer than normal travel times today.
@TTChelps good evening. It appears you are reducing service speeds due to the heat. Why not do as GO transit and other reputable transit agencies do and communicate this to your customers? Thanks.
@TTCSwitches@CllrJamaalMyers A good start would be to have actual communication direct from the TTC, especially since trains are slowed even further to 25 during the rain and winter.
@TTChelps@TTChelps all above ground sections are limited due to heat. I was on the university line SB. Thanks. Would be good for you guys to have a communication protocol in place for future heat waves.
