@BOROSTEELARMY Now with the signings that have been made, the later signings will be a little easier to sell the club to.. As some players will want to be part of it as well. It’s going to be an interesting season.
Just don’t play Malanda in midfield. Make him command the defence 100%

@GazetteBoro Give him the players to match his tactical plays.. Pace and Power, high energy and at least 2 quality players for each position.. Manage game time with the right changes, use all subs in each game to keep the intensity high… make more use of set pieces and look to counter faster

maybe hypercritical but even with Conway,Morris,Mcgree the team are playing with a lack of energy, too slow, too many passes then a hit n hope. 🤷‍♂️
