@IHGhotels book an apparently soundproof room yet the tv is restricted to a maximum volume of 21. Discrimination against people who have hearing issues. Reception have now stopped answering the phone after maintenance couldn’t fix the issue. Tv worked fine until 8pm 😡😡😡

Only to be told they are closed. How am I supposed to resolve this issue. Paying a premium price for a service that goes down 4-5 times a day!! Can’t even book an engineer! Can someone at Virgin tell me why?
