@TLRailUK how do you claim for a Splitsave ticket due to delays? I've got 2 tickets (& numbers) but don't get off the train. Which ticket number do you use? You can only upload one pic. TY

@TLRailUK @TLRailUK all refunds go through you. When you go to upload a pic you can only upload one pic. So my question is - which ticket do I upload as it is the same journey, just two tickets. I don't get off the train or anything.

@TLRailUK I've just had an email to say my refund has been declined because I don't have a valid ticket which isn't true. I can't find my e-ticket number to do another claim because it is in the past. I have a receipt to prove I did have a valid ticket. What now?
