In 2013 I couldn't automate a canvas game spin button. No DOM, no selectors, just pixels.

In 2026 I applied @karpathy 's autoresearch pattern. An agent ran 24 experiments in 2 hours. 0/10 to 10/10.

I wrote the strategy. The agent iterated.
