@TelkomZA I've been trying to cancel my contract for days with the same error popping up on web and app. Requested multiple callbacks, tried calling myself and was told I cannot be helped in store. Can someone just please call me back?? My contract expires this month.

@candicesmithie @barrybateman Russian embassy organized to have their citizens flown home today. We got into contact with the SA embassy in Jakarta a few days ago, but it was a complete waste of time!

@RGRSA @barrybateman We're currently stuck in Bali after 2 cancelled flights (us, along with plenty other South Africans). The embassy has been of no help and we just want to come home. Hope you have some success on your end.
