Millions of people have died under the governments of the Communist regimes, yet a high percentage of those Americans under the age of 30 have a positive view of Communism as a political movement. Ignorance is bliss.
Some Reviews:
“Solomon’s story is a blend of two great missions—love of all that makes America great and a warrior’s charge to defeat the evil he escaped. National politics made us friends. These missions made us strategic partners. Read the book and join the mission!”
—Steve Yates, White House Deputy National Security Advisor (2001-2005), iHeartRadio host of Nation States with Yates, and former Idaho State GOP Chair
“Born in communist China with three strikes against him, Solomon Yue escaped execution and fled to America. His story in Counterscript is riveting, heartwarming, and most of all—inspiring. America is strong because it welcomes those who know the enduring value of freedom.”
—Gordon G. Chang, Political Analyst
“A compelling story of one man’s escape from the CCP and his lifelong fight for freedom. Solomon has lived a life to be admired for his courage and his battle against communism, the greatest threat to humanity.”
—Robert Paduchik, former RNC Co-Chair; 2020 and 2024 Trump Campaign Sr. Advisor for Ohio; Ohio State Manager for the 2016 Trump Campaign; and Ohio Executive Director for the 2000 George W. Bush Presidential Campaign
“Solomon is a good friend of mine and of freedom. What he writes is important and true. Please read this and hear it.”
—Tommy Hicks, Former RNC Co-Chair; National Finance Co-Chair of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; Finance Co-Chair of the Presidential Inauguration Committee, 2017
“This is the American dream. On the big stage and behind the scenes, when Solomon Yue says it will be done, it is. Friend, colleague, and God-fearing American patriot. Solomon’s 60-year fight for freedom, love of country, and commitment to family gives all of us hope for America.”
—Willes K. Lee, U.S. Army (ret), National Rifle Association of America Vice President

In regard to excerpt below 👇🏽… this memory was such a special visit! @SolomonYue and @KerryMcQ4Oregon were just returning from D.C. and had been awake since like 3 am, but they wanted to meet Colt Bryan! This was also when our yard was torn up and dirt was everywhere; they didn’t care.
Website Excerpt: “HIS REFUSAL TO CONFORM PUT HIM ON THE CCP’S KILL LIST.
THAT SAME DRIVE MADE HIM A REPUBLICAN PARTY POWER PLAYER.
Born in Shanghai, China, under the shadow of Mao’s Cultural Revolution, Solomon Yue grew up in a world where a single accusation could land a person on a kill list—and where survival, especially for the son of Christian capitalist parents, meant escape.
His flight from the CCP was only the beginning. After reaching the United States, Yue rebuilt his life from the ground up, driven by an unshakeable belief in freedom and the promise of the American dream.
COUNTERSCRIPT charts an extraordinary rise from immigrant entrepreneur to one of the most influential behind-the-scenes figures in conservative politics. As Oregon’s Republican National Committeeman and CEO of Republicans Overseas, Yue earned a reputation for challenging entrenched power and defending principle above politics.
From U.S. presidents and top White House officials to foreign dignitaries, Yue worked alongside some powerful figures, influencing party strategy, policy decisions, and efforts to advance freedom worldwide.
COUNTERSCRIPT pulls back the curtain on the inner workings of the GOP—the shifting alliances, high-stakes clashes, unbreakable friendships, and quiet battles—while revealing the music, courage, conviction, and enduring resilience that define Yue’s life.”

Wow!! What an amazing story of @SolomonYue escaping the CCP after being put on their kill list. His testimony of freedom and his family’s immigration is powerful. Additionally, it is wild the amount of overcoming adversity he has faced…not only wading through it, but the proven accomplishments are quite a feat! As an immigrant, I have a special appreciation for this book, his fight to maintain freedom, and the value of family. Book: https://t.co/7dMuHFtd92
This book is so not boring and it offers so much political insight. Snippets of it also lines up with what I’ve learned via crash course (and still am 🤣). Solomon (and @KerryMcQ4Oregon) are great people and strong leaders; it’s crazy the lies that have been told — this book addresses many of them. Had the lies been true, the book commentary and accumulated endorsements from people, and AMOUNTS of them, just wouldn’t be there.

Solomon was an interesting “coming to know” story for me. 😂 Sorry, cannot shorten this more than I have. I knew there was some sort of drama back in 2022, but from what I was seeing conversationally, it seemed better to ignore and focus on what I was already doing. Kerry was a candidate for Oregon Governor and while I thought it cool to connect sometime, we didn’t meet up until Fall 2023. She was sharing a little about Solomon, but we really didn’t talk politics. I didn’t really understand what she was saying about Solomon, and The Riv was a little loud that day for me hear everything. Later on, our National Committeewoman wanted to meet with me about the state convention since I got the speaker, was going to help, and was going to interview the stage conversation, but really our planning session was all about how horrible Kerry and Solomon were. I didn’t understand half the things she was saying, had no frame of reference, and I kept wondering, “Who is this Solomon dude?” Being well-raised by my parents, who are pastors, and having been an advisor in many situations and relationships, I don’t believe accusations without research, and I wasn’t quite convinced of everything I was hearing. Also, when I met with Kerry, she never told me anything ill of the National Committeewoman, so it was a red flag with how hard these narratives were being pushed when we were supposed to be discussing our speaker’s time and opportunity to impact Oregon in a positive way. Once she secured the speaker and was in touch with a manager, she ghosted me and tons of other things happened after; what a whirlwind that I won’t go into right now. I still had no idea who this Solomon was!! I finally find myself kicked out of the main table at our local event where the speaker was also featured, a seat I paid $150 for, even though I sold and filled a whole table of sponsored seats I could’ve sat at for free. I have also traveled with international speakers, people like me get our head seat paid for, but I wasn’t going to be entitled. Some other people were supposed to pay too, but they played dumb. I knew otherwise. Someone who lived about 3 hours away was placed there instead. Interesting. The speaker got blamed for me being kicked out, but it didn’t explain everyone else’s behavior and odd stories of events that didn’t line up. They said the speaker comes and goes, but I was family. 🤔 So why did many people behave the way they did? Why was this guy really mean and trying to run me off? The speaker later said they never discussed a problem with anyone…which, I’ve always known them to be tight-lipped anyway; what was quoted to me sounded nothing like them. It was after this event I saw Solomon’s video, and I finally learned who this Solomon dude was. 😂 WOW. Things started making sense. I finally met Solomon in 2024 at our She Leads Oregon event at the capitol on Valentine’s Day. I was there to pray over our state’s families, pro-life values, and exhort God’s truths over the nation.
There is a lot to unpack from Matthew 22:1-14. Another insight to it…
🥙It was not the food and the table setting that was changed so people would come...it was for those who were truly hungry and desired what was good and real.
💛Likewise, we are not to change what we are meant to spiritually feed to hungry hearts and souls.

“We have a solid, boots-on-the-ground strategy to network, train, educate and motivate conservatives across the state county by county. Our expert leadership and grassroots membership are united under our mission with a sense of conservative camaraderie and a freedom-fighting spirit.”
The right to life is our first right and freedom as without life, your other rights do not exist. Tonight, in our member Zoom meeting, we’ll get to hear from Shannon Garlitz, who directs Eastern Oregon Outreach for @OR_RTL, update us on their latest activities and mission.
I’m so glad our @ORConservCaucus carries the value of hearing from these people and carrying the opportunities to discuss and encourage how we can help them and how we can be of better help in our local communities. We have members all over the state in over 30 counties! Link below to learn more.

🇺🇸For Christians, on this day of celebrating freedom, it can serve as a reminder of our eternal freedom we have in our relationship with Jesus. Look for opportunities to evangelize to others. Jesus used water as an example to talk about Living Water. And in this day of “hurry” — remember to pause and take time with people in those opportunities. The well was actually not Jesus’ destination. He was heading to Galilee and had to pass through Samaria, which is where the well was and made for a rest stop. (Read John 4). We Christians might do a lot, but do we pause enough?
🎇World progress is to be celebrated, so let’s also not forget to share the freedom that affects people for eternity as well!

“I love my mom,” AJ said as he held this. 😂🥰 I was so shocked about it…I had literally just stuffed my face with food before Kerry announced my name. 🤣😭 Board and expert advisory don’t get awards, but they agreed they wanted to put it through. I appreciate it more than words can say, but for me, it was also something more! Deeper.
AJ has seen up close the adversity that comes with politics. He knows that we don’t usually get awards for doing the right thing (like, blacklisted by our own party); we teach that we should do the right thing regardless of recognition for it. We’ve been teaching him forgiveness and respect of leadership even when others fail us…that we keep moving forward and try to believe in humanity again😅 (boy is it hard!!). That night, it was so much more than an award for me, it was a testament in action to my son, and I was so glad he was there to witness it and share the memory with me!! (And my family). Thank you so much again, @ORConservCaucus, @KerryMcQ4Oregon, @SolomonYue, and board.
Don’t forget to gather with others outside your circle. Don’t forget to welcome others into your circle. Don’t be obsessed with a circle. 🤣 Build relationships and build culture outside of tech and routine. Encourage one another. Love without agenda. #StirringEmbers
