@ScotRail Can it be used to get on or off at stops earlier? My main stop is Ardrossan but sometimes it's easier to be picked up at Kilwinning and catch the Ayr train home. It's me who loses out financially but unsure how it works with tapping at an earlier station.

And secondly why I am being threatened for a random bill out of the blue, in early January when I would have paid my January bill at the end of the month like I have always done.
I already found the threatening bill letter a disgrace and uncalled for after your prices rocketed.

@SP_EnergyPeople I have received a bill midway through the month with threat of charges if not paid on time when my bill is always paid on time and paid at the end of every month. This is due to someone checking the meters for the 4th time in 14 months!

Is 4 times in 14 months normal as I find this extremely intrusive and it creates a financial issue each time when I have to pay a bill I wasn't expecting mid month.
