I’m incredibly disappointed with myself. While making a statement in defense of Lin-Manuel Miranda on the Colbert Show last night, I was clearly dismissive of black lives that matter in our Latin community. It is so easy to forget how celebration for some is lament for others.

Starting March 18, 2020, SCCSD is providing an Emergency COVID-19 Food Service Program for youth. Meals are available Mon–Fri at 22 locations. Each child present, ages 1-18, will receive a breakfast and lunch sack to be taken off-site. Sites listed here: https://t.co/0S0vg6S6Ut.
SCCSD starting tomorrow Wednesday, March 18 will be offering grab n go breakfast and lunch bags to children ages 1-18 years. Please find a location that is close to you for your child(ren) to pick up their bags of food.
